we at Jiu Fen old street, let see what do they sell here. kinda crowded here.


seem like a lot food, snacks, souvenir can be found from here.


fancy stuff can be seen here. included something like this? the milk bottle... just to pull your attention for their business


and i find there is a shoe stall. which they sell unique shoes.


something like this.. massage shoe? they name it as abacus shoe .[算盤鞋]


and more fancy fancy wooden shoe..


some time later.. the street become more crowded.. lunch hours? more tourist arrived?



some fancy items, souvenir ..


Brown sugur winter melon tea? essence? not sure about that.


these is meat balls, what kind of meat? why it's black?no clue... i didn't try it..


a lot ppl surrounded this stall.. i wonder why. let go nearer to have a look.


oh boy! it's Taiwan famous sausage! look delicious. yummy...


hey boss, may i ask......... @.@!!!! (OMGWTFBBQ) scared the hell out of me! and she say.. " anything that i can help?"


they do almost everything to pull customer attention, and this is one of the famous stall in this street. superb friendly. funny. and photogenic... btw, the sausage she sell, not bad too.

[ Taiwan ] Zhong Lie Ci 忠烈祠

here we are, back to the Zhong Lie Ci, been here during previous taiwan trip, but there is no shift exchange happening back then, and this time. we aimed for the shift exchange.

The shift exchange is on progress, and there is some protocol and procedure to follow.

[ Taiwan ] Carton King - 纸箱王

Okay, Third place of second day in taiwan, we went to a unique place.. call Carton King, okay. is not anything related to cartoon. just more to cardboard. their main themes is cardboard.. if you get what i mean..


Here we are at the Entrance of Carton King. entrance ticket? forgot how much already. :P


here some cardboard craft. plastic cardboard to be exact. see how they convert it into nice piece of art.


and here the Mini Paris Eiffel Tower. you can get one at the store inside later.


and here's the insider of the secret garden. all landmark of the world is almost here. and in Cardboard form. how cool is that? i wish i can have such garden in my house.


see what i mean? Taipei 101 Tower, Dubai Burj Al Arab 7 star hotel. bigger version of Paris Eiffel Tower . and a China Some Pagoda Tower i perhaps?

and some others cardboard decoration such as sheeps, bees with colors prints on it. look lke a giant bee, oh the dog is real.. but the dog name is ..."Little White".... *speachless*


Let's go inside.. this is a bee shop.. all goods sells here. and notice the furniture look a bit unique? yes you're guesses it. it's all made from cardboard.


All the furniture. desk are made from paper form cardboard!! how cool is that?? and the design just uniques.


further down.. is a restaurant! as expected everything is still made out of cardboard..


that's include.. chairs, tables, and surprisingly it managed to takes most of the customer weight.. i can't believe is made out of paper-form cardboard..


and that's include plate, cup, bowl.. again.. all just cardboard.. these really amazed me. didn't sit down and lunch here. since ann got planned lunch places. if not i really want to give a try in this restaurant.


let go to next door, this time i saw more and more cardboard stuff. and this time is interior designs with cardboard? with cardboard statue some more XD.


we lucky enought to see some lady workers busy Construction something out of cardboard. LIVE!


Oh look! Shin lee found herself a Hat and a handbag made out of cardboard.. my advice? stay out of rain. wonder will it vanish in the rain. LOL


see, a Cardboard SOFA. Table, photoframe, gosh!! they can just create EVERYTHING out of cardboard. wonder will they build a house with cardboard someday..

Now let see some cardboard decoration stuff that able to bring home. creative 3D card? old plane on the ceiling? paper train? or puzzle heart lamp?


there is more! cardboard CLOCK! and cardboard wine glass? Cardboard menu, or you want to bring back a cardboard Chair?


beside that, there is a beautiful plastic cardboard lamp too, of course... lot's of landmark skyscraper, neh.. like those tower we saw outside just now.

[ Taiwan ] Mon Coeur- 心之芳庭

after the rainbow street, we headed to next destination, the Moncoeur. and here we are.

the first thing that i saw right after i jump out from the van. the wall of moncoeur. what is this place anyway?


did you get any clue form this signboard? it say.. dating zone? hmph... open at 11am...


we arrived early.. so have to wait...


as you can see... the main entrance still remain locked. Ann told me that some people purposely came here for wedding photography. must be nicely decorate inside.


grab myself a map of the area. with some coupon/discount voucher. for purchasing or redeem anything you can find  inside .


hooray.. finally 11am! the place is opened. first thing we saw is Chin Chin Building? i wonder what's inside?


it's a Restaurant.. but.. dun feel like wasting time in restaurant right now..... western style restaurant if you want to know what they serve.


beside Chin Chin, is a Lavender Shop, they sell lot's of things that smell good. let check it out inside.


soaps in huge variant flavour, shape and size, choose the 1 you like.


they even sell colorfull Bath salt, hmph... wanna get some back to try?

and there is a lot of lovely flowers around.. they just beautiful, as mentioned earlier.. perfect place for dating if the weather is not that hot (kinda hot while we were there).


Chochoco? sound like a chocolate house/shop or anything, must be related to chocolate! i strongly believe.


as expected. they sell fine chocolate here. here's their website [ ChoChoCo ]. and it's fresh made. kinda expensive and can't redeem with the voucher, so.. didn't get 1 to try. :P

move along.. there is a Clock house. and flowers here are just awesome!

there is a fountain here. just simple.. not fancy.. we're lucky cause we reach early, a while later this place flooded with peoples.. tourist..


very romantic place for lunch if you want..very nice view up here too.


here's my dear with me at this place :) if not because of the hot weather.. this place is great to waste time with.. you know la.... almost noon time.. how how could that be?


That's all for my Mon Coeur visits, oh.. "Mon Coeur" means My Heart in France.. a Place in your heart?  very nice place. and before we left, we saw a wedding dinner preparation there. outdoor. look nice.. but didn't manage to capture any picture of that..
