Zorbing Ball Ride at Lake Garden!!
i'm back with an update~ haha, nothing interesting recently.. so i didn't post any update. and add on my motherboard was toasted... so.. currently still waiting for the motherboard to come back.. (luckily still got warranty). had to suffer for 3 weeks, 3 WEEEKS!!!. ok.. back to topic. last weekend i join my colleague for ZORBING BALL RIDE!! what is that? i believe u able to recall when you saw the picture above. yeah~ an activities that was HOT in australia. and now they available in Malaysia. just started for 2 week's, and we are the first batch to roll with the ball. LOL.
Wow~ what's that? Zorb Ball.!! Imported from Australia i heard... worth.. Rm18k...siao~!! yeah~ that the ball we going to Roll with. there is Wet and Dry choice.. but due to some management issue... our WET choice have been cancelled... haihz...

Para Nacho
Nacho y yo hemos bajado casi como cada noche a fumar y a mirar el cielo de Carabanchel. Los dos sabemos que no podremos hacerlo muchas veces más porque él se va a trabajar a la otra punta del mundo durante algún tiempo y porque yo me voy a vivir a un lugar bastante más bonito que éste.
Por eso esta noche nos hemos acercado hasta el Puente de Toledo, para fumar uno de nuestro últimos cigarros juntos mientras escuchábamos a los Rolling Stones tocar en el Calderón.
El soterramiento de la M-30 ha favorecido la piratería auditiva y el Puente estaba lleno de gente que fumaba y miraba el estadio mientras “Paint it Black” rebotaba en los edificios antes de llegar hasta nosotros.
Todas las reservas que tengo hacia los Rolling Stones como grupo no las tengo para fumarme cigarros con mi hermano Nacho. Durante 27 años hemos llorado por las mismas cosas y por las mismas carencias, hemos hablado de lo mismo, una y otra vez cada noche. Por eso esta noche no me hubiese importado estar dentro del estadio, disfrutando de ellos y de Loquillo, que era el telonero (y no los “Pretenders”, con los que tocaron la vez que yo los vi... ¿a quién coño le importan los “Pretenders”) claro, que para eso habría que haber gastado dinero y no hubiese sido un encuentro de dos amigos en el puente en el que termina Carabanchel, eso hubiese sido menos propio de nosotros.

Viejos amigos
No tenía muy claro si prefería ese rencuentro a irme a ver el "Last Days" de Van Sant pero al final me he ido a pasar la tarde con Tom DiCillo.
Tom DiCillo es un viejo amigo, uno de esos con los que da alegría encontrarse una tarde como la de hoy, en la que he ido a las 18:20 a ver “Delirious” a los cines (Golem) Alphaville.
“Delirious” no es la mejor película que se puede ver ahora en cartel pero es un gusto meterse en una sala, ver una secuencia de créditos que
comienza con una canción de los Dandy Warhols y “Jam cuts” y de planos desenfocados. Ante eso, es imposible no gritar “¡Estáis vivos!” “¡los indies están vivos!”.
Más allá de esa secuencia de créditos poco importa nada, Buscemi está muy bien y Michael Pitt le acompaña mejor, el guión hace algún agua en el tercio final (y quizá un poco antes) y si la película durara unos minutos menos sería todavía mejor. Pero esa secuencia de créditos, con las letras que bailan al son de “Bohemian like you” es una vieja-nueva declaración de guerra de mano de un amigo al que ya todos echábamos de menos, Tom DiCillo.

Guionista en Valencia (3), (4) y (5)
Llegará el día en que los hoteles descubran que internet no es un lujo y que resulta imposible pagar 12 euros diarios por tener conexión, el día que eso llegue podré cumplir promesas como la que había hecho y podrá escribir a diario desde lugares tan curiosos como el Ibertalent de Cinema Jove.
Ahora estoy de vuelta en Madrid, tumbado en el sofá y comiendo kikos de los que me sobraron en la habitación del hotel. Miro hacia atrás y me quedo solamente con las mejores cosas de ese congreso de nuevos talentos iberoamericanos. Me quedo con una frase de Mate Cantero, "el público es vuestro mejor coproductor", me quedo con que Menahem Golan no hizo ninguna alusión a su carrera con Tobbe Hopper pero que contó anécdotas impagables sobre cómo descubrió a Jean Claude Van Damme o a Sahron Stone (también me qu
edo con la traducción que de todo eso hacía Philip Bregson), me quedo con "Isla chatarra", un documental hecho por una de las chicas que iban al congreso y que hablaba de la fiebre que tienen los puertorriqueños con los coches, me quedo con lo bueno que era y me quedo con un entrevistado que decía que su colección de coches de juguete era más importante que su mujer (todavía estoy intentando adivinar por qué el publico se echó a reír en ese momento), me quedo con la fiebre que me arrasó una noche en el hotel, con lo horrible que es estar enfermo y no poder pedirle ayuda a nadie, también me quedo con cosas de la clausura del festival, con las piernas de la presetadora, claro, con haber descubierto que Julie Delpy o es una tia a la que se la suda el festival o es una cerda de narices; subió a presentar su peli (horrible, por cierto) mascando chicle. Menos mal que la chica de las piernas estuvo ahí para recogérselo y que no hiciera más el ridículo.
En definitiva, me quedo con muchas cosas y con otras no tanto; al irme he visto a un chico meter en su maleta unas 30 copias del mismo corto, he supuesto que las había traido para repartilas pero que al final no ha podido hacerlo, eso es también lo peor del certamen, que no ha habido el suficiente tiempo como para conocer a todo el mundo y hacer proyectos conjuntos. Aún así, me alegro de haber servido de "conejillo de indias" de esta primera edición y espero que sigan organizándolo muchos años más, y también espero que en alguno de esos años le den el premio a Jesús, que bien que se lo merecía esta vez.

Guionista en Valencia (2)
No habrá fotos hasta dentro de unos días porque me conecto a internet a través del móvil y no puedo hacer derroches.
No dejo de preguntarme cómo será Cannes, ya que en esto de Cinema Jove son pocos los lujos que nos faltan... el hotel solamente era la punta del iceberg.
Estuvieron enseñándonos las instalaciones de Ciudad de la Luz y después nos llevaron a comer a la playa (imposible comer todo lo que nos pusieron). Por si nos hubiésemos cansado, cóctel de bienvenida por la noche. Solamente ha pasado un día y esto promete.
De la gente, me impresiona la forma en que los iberoamericanos hablan de sus proyectos, no sé si serán buenos, pero me gustaría saber hablar así. Supongo que todo se basa en lo carnívoro que uno necesita ser.
La gracia del día, y de la gente, estuvo en que por la noche nos fuimos de cañas con la gente de la ESCAC. Tipos majos, incluso había uno que parecía llevar Ray-Ban.
Ahora llego al hotel, pongo la tele dispuesto a quedarme dormido y me encuentro con una peli de Russ Meyer. Sigo pensando en qué le faltará a esto para ser Cannes.

Guionista en Valencia (1)
Pensaba escribir a diario, contando lo que aquí pasaba, pero el hotel me cobra 12 euros por día de conexión a internet y no, me temo que no podrá ser posible.
Ya hemos llegado, al menos ya lo hemos hecho la mayoría de la gente que conocía. Supongo que habrá más gente que ya estarán en el hotel, pero como la organización todavía no ha mandado los sobres con las chapas pues es dificil saber quién es de Ibertalent y quién es de cualquier otra cosa.
De momento, y esperando a que mañana empiece todo, lo más impresionante es el hotel. Estamos lejos de casi cualquier cosa, pero el lujo aparece por los rincones: habitaciones enormes, tele por satélite, cafetera en las habitaciones, gimnasio, sauna, bar y restaurante impagable (el internet no es lo único caro aquí).
Llegamos muy cansados pero yo todavía no he sido capaz de conseguir dormir; hay algo en las habitaciones de hotel que me llama a trabajar y eso será lo que haga durante casi todo el resto del día de hoy (quizá solamente baje a recoger la documentación).
Mañana nos llevarán a Alicante para conocer la Ciudad de la luz y luego nos darán un cóctel de bienvenida, menos mal que he traido camisa (negra, que no hay que perder la imagen). De momento, estar aquí, es casi como ser una Rock'n'Roll Star. Menos mal que mañana empezará el trabajo, o eso dicen.b.jpg)

I'm The Chosen One?? RM160,000,00 Winner??

i just want to share something RIDICULOUS!!BEWARE~!
last 2 week(may 28th that week ).a China lady(dai luk mui) said she called from Hong Kong.and said that i'm lucky person who chosen to attend Genting dunno what what exhibition.asked me few question about handphone.asking me to attend On June 8th at Genting.guess what is the time?? FRIDAY(JUNE 8th) 2PM to 5PM. no need to work meh? ask me go there in that time. so i just ignored it.
On JunE 8th, a lady(she again) called me up and say that i'm lucky candidates that won their price(i wasn't there wor).they said i didn't show up, so they try to check on me,and ask me is it possible to rush up there to take the price. i said that impossible.after that,since I'm not there to take the price. so they will reserved it for me. and will call me back.and i ask what i WON? she told me she don't know... ,she just got the Winner List(Vistim list for me) then the conversation just endup like that without any further information.(their number is "unknow" so.. is impossible to trace..
TODAY!!( June 14th) she called me again. and she tell me her name finally..Wang Wen Yen(sound very familiar huh?my big mom name) hahhaa, then this time chat a lot. she finally told me i won 360,000 HKD, yeap, Hong Kong Dollar, then keep saying is RM 160k, then waste my 45 minutes chit chatting what i'm going to do with that amount of money, open business or what? what their company do? why they having this exibition and bla bla bla, ok, she need my details to send to the lawyer.. ok...(end up just took my IC number).then hang up.
few hours later she call back.. and tell me that.. she already informed the lawyer and want me to call them out. and due to Malaysia law~ they will take up 20% of the price as TAX, so.. i need to return 20% of the Rm160k to them, ok.. (what? want me give out 30K 1st). nope.. i need to sign a contract that i WILL pay them back for sure, else LEGAL ACTION will be taken, (What the hell?), and i need to pay RM6K+- for the lawyer fees(this is really need to pay 1st). but ask me not to worried cause the RM6k++ will be discounted from the 20%?? (Rm30K - RM6k), so i need to pay back the RM 25K TAX!!!? SIAO AR!??
they said the LAWYER will accompany me to bank in that 160K to my account. with Cheque? nvm. after the bank in done? i will need to sign the contract, as far as i know.. while in kompakar everyone know some cash u can SEE, but u can't TAKE? those cash can be cancelled anytime.. guess what happen AFTER you signed the contract and they cancelled the 160K? i will end up OWE them RM25k and the RM6K will be gone.beside,the LAWYER also surname WANG,and he is also a Hong Kong guy?( i believe they are relative or something)

SWFAddress against Google Analitycs
I have just had several problems with the use of SWFAddress and Google Analitycs.
First of all, Communicating Flash with JavaScript I realized we were making it the wrong way, using getURL instead of the class ExternalInterface. We had in the browser the url of the second JavaScript command so we changed to ExternalInterface with no problem.
Secondly, our team had to change all the navigation of the application so as to use SWFAddress. Sincerely, I did not like this decision at all. Why are we using Flash? Why do we still have to develope websites for people over 50? Is it because they have the money and the power?
Besides, with the use of SWFAddress and following Google Analitycs instructions we realized we were having every tag twice as Google counts the browser urls. We are still experimenting with this.
Moreover, we were using a dinamyc preload, once every XML was loaded we turned boolean variables into true so that after all XMLs were loaded and every item positioned on the stage we stopped the preload. And we did use this everytime we wanted. With SWFAddress we have the preload again and again. Obviously we will change this, but, I still have this question in my mind:
SWFAddress? What For?

LayKoon birthday at MidValley Chilis
Just the next day they celebrate merged birthday yesterday, and today there is another birthday to go. lay koon birthday.. this time we went to CHILIS. at last. i got a chance to step into chilis. hahaha. erm.. what can i say.. this birthday celebration? totally lost of control...bunch of crazy people with crazy act. whaha but really funny. i had my laugh there .

El día que Robert Neville se convirtió en El Príncipe de Bel-Air
Hago un descanso de la paliza a escribir que me estoy metiendo en las últimas 48 horas porque he recordado algo que es imposible no me asalte la cabeza cada 5 minutos.En noviembre de este año se estrenará la tercera versión (declarada y oficial) de "Soy Leyenda", la estupenda novela de Richard Matheson.
Primero fue una simpática (y horrorosa) película italiana con Vincent Price de por medio, segundo fue el esperpento de Boris Sagal con Charlton Heston filtrando la sangre de los niños vampiro, pero nada de eso parece ser lo peor comparado con las imágenes que empiezan a llegar de la nueva adaptación.
El nuevo "Soy leyenda" parece ser una película de chico con pistolas y coche molón en lugar de una parábola futurista sobre el desarrollo de la guerra bactereológica y, principalmente, sobre el rol que juega el sexo en nuestro comportamiento (volver a follar es la mayor obsesión de Neville). Parece ser una continuación en estilo y decepción del "Yo, Robot" que también protagonizara Smith hace unos años.
Y no me voy a poner pesado con que Smith sea negro y el protagonista de la novela no, porque tampoco le cambiaría demasiadas cosas al personaje siendo blanco. Además, si la acción ha cambiado de un barrio residencial al Nueva York más urbano, quizá sea mejor así. Pero lo que no puedo entender es lo que le ven a Smith, máxime cuando por las fotos que se han visto, le han puesto un perrito como compañero de aventuras para que el pobre Neville tenga justificación a la hora de hablar con alguien (para los no iniciados, "Soy Leyenda" narra la historia de el último hombre vivo... hombre vivo, porque hombres no-muertos los hay a patadas en la novela).
En definitiva, que se avecina polémica entre los fans de Matheson y el resto del mundo. De momento nos quedará el trailer para ir afilando las estacas, ya que irá con "Ocean's Thirteen".

Belated and Upcoming Birthday Celebration.
Ok.. i'm the belated birthday guy(may 27th), and wanyee is the upcoming birthday girl (June 7th). so just merged together since nowdays everyone is not free as before. so merged lor~ eventhough our birthday consider close. but this is 1st time we celebrate together...
we went to YUAN buffet steamboat first, just infront of sunway pyramid. then only we continue with our next station.. HAO cafe.. already been a while didn't went to HALO cafe.. nice. near OUG Halo cafe :p
Yum Seng~ what you want to drink?? i mean... what colour you want to drink? hahaha, heard someone complained said got 1 taste like medicine. hahaha, i wonder which 1.. haha
Unplugged music always the best. haha, yeah~ that night geh music.. somehow... most of them are heart touching... they are good.. they make me remind my decoration purpose guitar. haha, long time didn't touch my guitar liao :p.

The birthday boy (belated,) and the birthday girl (upcoming).and this is our first combine birthday celebration. she used to be a very good birthday organizer. all the best : )
