iTwitter is a twitter application for iPhone and iPod touch (3.0 or above OS) with a lot of features that are present in many Twitter applications like accessing timelines, direct messages, mentions (@ replies), favorites, following and follower lists etc. iTwitter has an easy-to-use interface.
An exclusive feature of this twitter client is the “push” feature which makes a message pop-up on your iPhone homescreen as and when a tweet arrives. This is similar to the way messages are pushed in some instant messaging clients like IM+. This gives you the facility to view tweets in real-time on your iPhone, just by choosing “view” on the pushed notification message.
