What's wrong with this picture?

Actually, nothing is wrong with the photograph itself, as a photo. But examine what the photo shows:

1. Contractors who have installed steel pillars in a sidewalk to stop vehicles from parking on the sidewalk.

2. Note the location of all seven pillars and the light pole at the top.

3. Note the location of truck.

Now roll on the floor laughing. (BTW, this took place in Philadelphia.)
