HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL MOTHERS

Motherday
A nice way to make your mom feel precious is to tell her a cute and warmgreeting ” Happy Mother’s Day. Mothers Day is a special day for honoring Mothers through out the world. The Mother’s Day holds great significance for all of us. As usual, the Mothers Day 2009 will be celebrated on May 10th, 2009.

Five tips To make your Mother’s day a special one:

1. Whip up something together. Sure, it would be fun to surprise your mom with breakfast in bed or a sumptuous lunch that you and your siblings made on your own, but if your culinary skills are less than stellar, it might be a better idea to make something with your mom. She’ll like it that you’re taking interest in cooking (and it’s a good way for her to pass down some family recipes). Plus, it’s more fun—and chances are, you’ll mess up the kitchen less! Try your hand at a cute batch of cupcakes, or your mom’s tried-and-tested kitchen standbys.

2. Join your mom in a workout. Now that the age of aerobics is over, your mom probably has a cooler workout like pilates, yoga or maybe even belly dancing. Join her and work up a sweat together instead of shopping at the mall—maybe you’ll even get into her workouts. If she doesn’t work out, then challenge her to a game of badminton. If both of you are sedentary, buy her a pair of running shoes and suggest that she break them in by heading out for a run with you. Getting your mom into an active lifestyle means that you’re investing in her health so you could spend more years with her.

3. Go on a road trip. We know you love your dad too, but Mother’s Day is a day for your mom (he’ll have his turn). Kidnap your mom and go on a road trip to a place that she’ll probably enjoy (which means that a theme park probably isn’t the best place to visit).

4. Book a spa appointment. Your mom is probably constantly stressed by the never-ending pile of things she has to do every day, so a few hours of private time at the spa will definitely be a treat for her. Make it different from any other spa day by joining her in a treatment or two. Give her updates of your life over a manicure; she’ll appreciate the talk just as much as the pampering.

5. Do something meaningful. Make Mother’s Day special for other people, too. Do volunteer work with your mom. Try to find an organization that’s close to your mom’s interests, and maybe you’ll both end up volunteering for more than just a day.
