Google tests Nexus S into Space at 100000 feet successfully!

No geek would ever think of sending his smartphone into space, that too at 100,000 feet, not even in his wildest dreams.

Well, a team of Software Engineers from Google, have tested a brand new Nexus S – from Korean Electronics giant – Samsung, powered by Gingerbread – an faster version of Android OS into space, to see if they can track it through Google Maps.

The phone tied to a helium balloon crossed 1,00,000 feet mark living up to the weird expectations of its software team, once again reaffirming Google’s diverse culture and environment. Wonder from which planet they hire these guys!

Now, that’s Pure Google…
