iPhone vs HTC Touch Diamond vs Xperia X1
Here's the back of all three devices. Only the X1 comes with a light for taking photos in dark situations. The Diamond is the only one which has a glossy finish which attracts fingerprints, while the other two have brushed metal textures. Do note that we have the silver version of the X1 here, which may differ in feel from the black one.
This is how they stack up (from top: Diamond, iPhone, X1). Because of its keyboard, the X1 is much thicker than the rest. While the Diamond is about the same thickness as the iPhone, it is much lighter because of the use of materials and smaller length and width. If the iPhone's weight is ideal for your use, the Diamond may seem somewhat light in your hands.
These shots are of the same hand holding the three devices. After handling the Diamond for a few days, the iPhone actually feels a little bulky because of the greater width. Though the X1 has about the same length as Apple's device, it is narrower, which gives it a sleeker front profile.
