It looks like NDrive, maker of GPS device, is going to release its GPS-enabled PDA phone, the S400. NDrive’s S400 will be powered by a Marvell PXA310 624Mhz processor with 256MB ROM and 128MB RAM.
The Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro based S400 will come with support for A-GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11b/g, a 3 Megapixel camera, a VGA front camera for video calls and microSD card slot. It supports GSM, UMTS 3G and HSDPA 3.5 networks.
