- Last known "lost" air platform location prior to lost link
- Automatic program RAP5000 to last position
- Launch RAP5000
- Turn on the telemetry to link with Ground Station as well as the "lost" platform
- Perform rebroadcast function
- Very fast forward to last position
- Estimate probable "lost" platform position based on last position, velocity, direction, time till now
- Project new position and move RAP5000 to new location with consideration of more time needed to reach there
- Establish link and update "lost" platform with new set of commands
- Recover RAP5000
